Prefabrication Service

Following approval of the project requirements, each system is prefabricated within our internal workshop, each item is labled to identify the projects, down pipe number and item position within the system, thus ensuring that each and every item is dispatched and installed into the correctly designated position.

Following the fabrication process the items are stillaged together and dispatched to site. By packaging in this manner whole systems can be stacked or distributed around site by folk lifts and cranes. This process ensures that all materials are easily accessible and kept in a clean, tidy and safe manner on site.

The prefabrication of systems assists in the reduction of installation times whilst also reducing the amount of site jointing required.
